By the end of this six-hour training, participants will have: —Explored and explained the overall content and design of KYB —Examined health education concept and skill development for the “I Can Choose” and/or “Safety Smart” modules throughout one grade level and across grades —Identified at least two health education skills to focus on and practiced using resources to teach those skills —Planned for implementation of at least one module at their grade level —Incorporated English/Language Arts, Mathematics and/or Science standards in implementation plan —Identified one performance-based assessment to support student learning
