Step Four: Effective Implementation

The content of this step will be influenced by the first three steps of the SPF planning process at the local level and what strategies are selected. Topics may include but may not be limited to the following:
• Phases of Implementation—factors to consider in implementing evidence based practices such as stakeholder buy in and coalition capacity building;
• Developing an action plan including defining roles, time tables and communication mechanism;
• Fidelity and adaptation;
• Cultural competency

Times:	8:30am – 9:00am Registration and Refreshments: 9:00 – 4:00pm Training
Cost:	These trainings, by invitation only, are funded through grants from the Vermont Department of Health. Participant materials, continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring water bottles in order to save on consumables. Prevention Consultants, please bring easels.
Registration:	Upon registration, participants will receive an immediate confirmation. Final confirmations with directions to the training site will be sent via email within one week of training date.
